The purpose of Gibson County Soccer Club is to promote the growth of and appreciation for the game of soccer in Gibson County Indiana, by providing opportunities for the youth in and near Gibson County to learn the Laws of the Game, learn and practice good soccer skill, participate in organizations, clubs, leagues and associations for youth, and to encourage good sporting behavior and fair play of all participants therein including, but not limited to referees, coaches, and parents.

Gibson County Soccer Club intends to achieve these purposes by:

• encouraging the development of leagues, clubs, associations, coaching, officiating;
• supporting programs that make soccer available to youth of all skills and abilities and at all levels of competition;
• encouraging the development and practices of good sporting behavior;
• developing the principles of fair play;
• promoting the growth of soccer players; and
• assisting in the instruction, training, and education of soccer players, coaches, and referees in order to develop and improve their capabilities.
